Kelfin Recruitment are proud to be working with a new, "cold start" Estate Agency, based in the heart of Ashford Town Centre. My client are looking to recruit either an experienced Estate Agent looking for their next opportunity to progress to Branch Manager, or a successful Branch Manager to join their team and grow the business.

My client has a national network of over 85 offices, operating in both the sales and lettings market they are recruiting for a Branch Manager to come on board and bring success to the Ashford area. The most important aspect of this position is the applicant having a positive and proactive attitude when performing the job. This role offers significant possibility for career progression and development, with generous financial incentives including uncapped earnings.

Ideal candidates will be highly knowledgeable of the local area and will have considerable experience of the letting and or sales industry. Previous lettings or Estate Agency experience is essential for this role. You will be well practised at generating and then winning new business and not be afraid to pick the telephone up, cold call, canvas new business through any means, and bring new business to the branch daily. Having a genuine energy and attitude to build a business are ESSENTIAL as this is a cold start branch.

This is a really exciting role for the right person, with progression and development available, it is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next step in the property industry, with OTE of approx £45K in your first year, the sky is the limit with the business development within this role.

Required Skills/Experience for the Branch Manager:-

• Reliable and honest with good communications skills
• Ability to listen and respond appropriately
• Good telephone manner and solid sales experience, including cold calling and networking
• Well-presented and dressed smartly at all times
• Tenacious and self-motivated
• Ability to develop good relationships with clients, and retain them
• Well-organised, punctual, thorough and with good attention to detail
• Has a "can-do" approach and able to work at pace in a cold start branch
• Able to take the initiative and manage the existing team and targets
• Full UK driving licence is required
