Product Manager required to join a top 50 high-growth SAAS start-up based in Berkshire to work with the CTO and the development team to define the vision, goals and objectives that will deliver revenue to the business. Ideally you will have experience of start-up environment or at the very least, have a strong desire to work in one. Product Manager experience is not essential - the key is being a subject matter expert when it comes to payroll and benefits.

If you are a HR professional with Payroll and Benefits expertise and have experience of multiple products, and/or if you have been through an implementation or two and know everything there is to know about payroll & benefits products and the functionality that comes with them, then this is the role for you!

Product Manager Requirements:

* Writing select requirements and user stories by gathering feedback and input from the business and end users
* Prioritizing and cropping the product backlog
* Working to unblock developers, answer questions, clarify cases and ensure tasks & sub-tasks are properly vetted and documented
* Work on the overall product roadmap and perform competitive feature specific analysis of gained from other solution providers
* Perform other agile tasks such as sprint retro, demo and feature review meetings
* Gather, prioritise and organise features into stories
* Work with the business, CTO and the dev team to define the vision, goals and objectives for the product to create an actionable plan, a roadmap of incremental improvements and iterative development that will deliver revenue to the business
* Communicate product status, issues, risk and implementation estimates to the team


Product Manager Desired Skills:

* Strong global HR knowledge with a focus on Payroll & Benefits (previous experience as HR Manager or above would be beneficial)
* Experience in an agile product development team
* Strong understanding of internet and tracking methodologies
* Strong communication skills with an ability to drive credibility and influence both internally and externally
* Ability to learn and understand fast and complex systems and processes
* Salesforce a massive advantage
* Must be sparky, engaging and passionate
* Eligible to work in the UK
