The Role
The Managing Director will take the reigns of an already successful and expanding UK operation, being a pivotal member of the global leadership team as they continue their dominance in the field of Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management and Reputation Management. You will be responsible for a variety of pre-existing, senior-level team members including a UK Sales Director, Client Services Directors, Senior Consultants, Analysts and the usual plethora of administrative personnel with full ownership of growing and developing these teams as the UK business expands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include client-facing activity with both new and existing clients (purely focused on the UK FTSE 350 client base), performing a front line role as a thought leader on our client's areas of specialisation including being the face and voice to the UK's press, including the BBC, Sky News, Financial Times, etc. Working with the Global CEO and CFO, you will have ownership of the UK P&L, taking on the challenge of continuing the recent 20% YoY growth.

The Candidate
You must have previous Managing Director experience or similar, progressing from a previously commercial career so that you have a demonstrable track record in client-facing activity and business growth. You will have extensive knowledge and experience within Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Management and Reputation Management and be a credible voice during C-Suite conversations on the associated strategies for FTSE level clients. You will be entrepreneurial in nature, you must have the ability and desire to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front as the UK operation continues growing.

The Package
The Managing Director will be rewarded with generous basic salary in the region of £140,000 - £150,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus scheme, benefits and potentially share options.
