The Role
This Business Development Manager position is an excellent opportunity to take the reigns of an already established Outplacement Services provider and be the driving force behind their growth in the UK market. You will be responsible for prospecting and winning new business opportunities with Enterprise level clients, across verticals. In a client facing role, you will be a confident communicator, able to independently and efficiently demonstrate the benefits to the client as well as presenting alongside a pre-sales colleague. With an established global name behind you, your role is to create the same market dominance within the UK, acting as a brand ambassador in meetings with c-level, predominately HR, decision makers.

The Candidate
We require candidates with previous experience of selling into HR departments of Corporate companies. An ideal background would be within Outplacement Services, Executive Coaching or Career Development programmes etc. You will be a confident communicator, with a proven track record of success within the space, with a pool of senior decision makers to tap into.

The Package
For this Business Development Manager position there will be a generous basic salary, initial indications in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. On top of this there will be a performance-related bonus scheme, bringing the first year OTE to £75,000. You will also have the benefit of a stable, secure and expanding working environment offering excellent career progression.
