The Role:
In this Managing Director position, you will be tasked to successfully grow and develop UK Operations and be an essential part of the global senior leadership team under the EMEA region. You will be responsible for a variety of senior level team members at Director Level, within Sales, Client Services, Administration and Analytics, with the full ownership of growing and developing this team as the business expands. You will be the forefront of the business, dealing face to face with new and existing clients (UK FTSE 350 Client base), ensuring the company continue the YoY growth its previously experienced.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone with previous Managing Director experience, that has a proven track record of excellent achievement. It is essential that you have a background in managing senior teams within the Market Research, Brand Insight or Business Intelligence arena (or similar). You will need to be a highly motivated individual, who is target driven and able to work at a high standard at all times. The individual will need to have impeccable communication skills to coerce and manage staff members, as well as being an inspirational leader to drive business revenues.
The Package
As a Managing Director you will receive a basic salary of £140,000- £150,000 pa. You will also receive a performance related bonus and benefits package and the opportunity to grow and develop your knowledge and career whilst reaping the financial rewards. Apply now, do not miss out!
