General Manager

FINTEC recruit is looking to recruit a General Manager for our Hospitality client based in Oxfordshire. This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £38k - £40k depending on experience.

Our client is looking for a General Manager to work for their fully refurbished restaurant in Oxford.

The role of General Manager will involve recruiting a winning team and supporting them through the opening and then on to establish the new restaurant as the best around Oxford.



Role and Responsibilities:



As a General Manager your responsibilities will include the following:-

Managing and training your team

Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
*

Providing excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
*

Working towards and achieving business targets
*

Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework



Requirements:



The successful candidate for the General Manager role will have:-

A full driving license and must also have continued and unlimited access to a vehicle
*

Previous General Manager experience and would also have operated in the premium part of the market
*

Preferably both branded and volume experience
*

Recruiting and supporting a team
