The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will proactively be prospecting new profitable opportunities across a wide range of verticals. With a broad portfolio of bespoke HR solutions, you will with selling into c-level decision makers in blue chip organizations. With an unrivalled portfolio of solutions available you will be selling into all verticals, with a focus on financial services. Liaising with several c-level decision makers you will represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record within Training, with a knowledge of the services and the key contacts in this area. You will be a self-starter, with experience of excelling in corporate environment. Being proactive in the market to source new deals, you will have a results-driven mentality with a view to maximize revenue and growth from all channels.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £50,000 and £60,000. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £75,000.
