Head of UK Business Operations

Reporting to the Group CEO and operating as a key member of the company’s Executive Leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the organization’s P&L, strategy, its future and direction, alignment with industry changes, product road map and delivery. In addition, while providing strong inspirational leadership, the Head is responsible and accountable for all areas of the business; Product sales, marketing, financial performance, people, operations and long term strategic direction. An Insurance expert with extensive experience within the London & Lloyd’s markets is required and candidates with vision for Digital products would be of particular interest to our client.
