Director of Services

My client a market leading health services provider are seeking to recruit a Director of Services for their business on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a thriving business that have seen 300% growth in the past 5 years. This role will form a pivotal part of their management team, and involvement in the next stage of their journey.

As Director of Services, you shall be responsible for;

* Service configuration - ensuring all services are cost effective, selecting the right clinician and ensuring best timings
* Ensuring a responsive service - meeting contractual KPIs, ensuring easy patient access
* Managing the patient experience, acting upon all feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Relay statistics to board and various internal stakeholders
* Liaising with key external stake-holders and managing the relationships with clients
* Chair for the service management group - ensuring quality control, quality services, and introduction near learnings and innovations

To be considered for the role you shall be;



* An experienced Director of Services
* Keen to work within a growing business that want to push on to the next level
* Have exception people skills - managing staff and relationships
* Have strong project management skills - and a high attention to detail
* Be able to be hands on and confident leading a team of 15.
