Sales Manager required to lead a team of 6 for our Global Market Leading Cloud Solutions client. The opportunity is open to existing Sales Managers or high achievers looking to make the step into Management. In either case, you will have a track record of over achievement of targets within a software sales environment.



SALES MANAGER PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES



* As the Sales Manager for Cloud Solutions you will work with your matrix sales team to drive revenue for the Cloud Solutions product line across multiple lines of business.
* You will play a key role within the sales organization, building the team, leading execution of the sales plan and driving cross-vertical enterprise-wide sales initiatives to enable the region to succeed.
* Leading an existing team of 6, and with a remit to grow the team further, the role will involve extensive interaction with senior stakeholders internally and externally, including marketing, presales, professional services, business development, and alliance partners and customers.
* The role will include significant customer-facing activity while supporting the team, acting as a point of escalation and peer-selling at major enterprise accounts.
* Create Overall Cloud Strategy for customers up to £1 Billion
* Create the Go to Market Strategy for the partner network
* Own the forecast
* Support events in the region
* Understand Cloud competition and effectively position solutions against them



As a sales leader, you will have a proven ability to lead, motivate and coach a team, with an eye for setting and following a clear strategic direction and process optimization. You will be a passionate evangelist and will be offering the tools required to transform clients' performance with cloud solutions and digital transformation.
