Global HR Manager
London - Home Based
My client is an established leader within the automotive manufacturing sector, who are looking for a Global HR Manager to join their successful team. This is an exciting opportunity and the ideal candidate will get the opportunity to travel to 11 Countries over 3 continents, working closely to the CEO, Chairman to provide a HR and Recruitment support.
Main Duties
Dealing with employment issues, whilst covering disciplinary procedures.
Managing absences globally.
Ensuring that vacancies are filled within a timely manner.
Coordinating and working closely with finance with regards to payroll matters.
The ideal candidate would need to be CIPD qualified or working towards this.
Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Ability to balance HR and Recruitment activities.
A stable work and strong academics history.
Second European language would be an advantage.
