Client Director - Career Management

The Role:
In your role as a client director in the London sales team you will be responsible for both pro-actively targeting new business opportunities in the SME's and large corporate entities. This will mean dealing with heads of HR, head of Talent and HR Business Partners with a diverse customer base generally FTSE 500 or companies employing over 2,000 people. You will also be responsible for account managing and further strengthening the relationship with any new customers you bring on board.

The Candidate:
You will be highly articulate client partner / sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success within the HR arena. Any exposure to Human Capital Management or other area's of HR Consulting that involve a high consultative approach would be a distinct advantage as they see this as potentially the largest area of growth within their service range currently.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience with a generous benefits package including pension, health, gym membership and uncapped ote £80,000-£90,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. Also on offer is a recognised training program as well working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder of a very successful business.
