Business Development Underwriter

Our client, a well-established, UK specialist Insurer, has an opening for a Business Development Underwriter with proven cross class Commercial Underwriting experience to join an existing team with the responsibility of developing the current portfolio with additional Property business / Property based binding authorities, or other products to diversify the overall book of business. Candidates interested in applying should have existing extensive contacts in the UK insurance market, in addition to Portfolio Management experience with the ability to analyse the account, identify trends and propose action. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a good understanding of the regulatory environment and some previous man management experience.
