Head of FP&A

Head of FP&A sought for a the rapidly growing e-commerce division of a leading fintech business based in Central London. Due to growth the division is looking to strengthen its finance function by recruiting a highly impressive Head of FP&A to manage a team of c.5. This broad role will involve owning and driving improvements in budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, systems and processes. You will also act as a strong business partner to the senior directors, supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the organisation.



You will be qualified accountant with experience of and an appetite for driving significant and long-term change. You must also have demonstrable experience of both Financial Planning and Analysis, running a budget process and partnering with senior stakeholders ideally at an executive level. You will have had experience of leading and developing a team. This role will give the chosen candidate a fantastic opportunity to prove themselves in a critical role before quickly progressing upwards in this rapidly growing international business.
