Our client, a global Microsoft Partner are currently seeking a CRM Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent position based in their Brussels office.
As a CRM Analyst you will Provide Systems Analysis support which will include you gathering requirements, formulating and defining scope and serve as a liaison between the technical team and end users. You will also assist the customer to analyse business processes to understand sales, marketing and customer service requirements.
Key Skills needed:
* Strong MS Dynamics CRM experience.
* Extensive Business Analyst background.
* Fluent Dutch and English are required.
