My client are looking for a driven, self-motivated In House Recruiter who can support, manage and contribute to the team, in order to provide a supportive and consultative service, whilst managing high recruitment volumes.

This exciting opportunity will involve recruitment and talent attraction across a variety of business areas.

This role will be varied and will see the ideal candidate providing excellent service delivery to candidates and hiring managers, sourcing CV's, arranging interviews, and managing administration and general recruitment across the business, whilst working to strict deadlines across 11 Countries.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to maintain relationships to support candidate and stakeholder engagement. Excellent relationship management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates and third parties
* Manage candidate attraction through multiple channels
* Manage the recruitment process effectively, including Management Information and figures
* Shortlist and pre-qualify quality candidates and provide recommendations

Key Competencies
* Extensive experience of managing process
* Strong IT skills including - Excel, Word and Outlook
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Clear proactive approach to planning in order to achieve results

The ideal candidate would need to have worked within a high volume In Recruitment Role, Recruitment Agency and sectors such as Retail, Engineering or Automotive.
