North Star recruit experienced hires for Oracle & Microsoft Partner firms.

We are recruiting for an Oracle Platinum Partner. The firm offers consultancy, managed services and coverage across a wide range of Oracle products, including: ERP (EBS and Fusion applications), Cloud and Hybrid solutions, databases and supporting services, Business Intelligence and licencing. The firm has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced sales specialist to join the firm and grow the client base.

This role is for a new business hunter; it is not account management. To be a candidate, you will need a background selling Oracle services and products; either from a Consulting, Systems Integrator or Vendor background. Oracle knowledge is essential. You will have a track record of delivering against fair and reasonable targets and quotas. You understand not just sales cycles but also client buying cycles. You will understand value-based sales, creating need and demand and will be comfortable selling to senior managers and C-level contacts.
