The Role
As Account Director you will be based from home, working across London and the South East of England, targeting SMEs to major blue chip corporates at FTSE 100 businesses, across a variety of vertical sectors. You will targeting HR decision makers, selling a genuinely award winning, highly innovative portfolio of Learning & Development and HR Consultancy solutions, focussing on Psychometric Assessments, Psychometric Testing, Talent Assessments and Performance Development. You will charged solely with new business development activities, handling the full sales cycle from cold call to close.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must be a true new business hunters with a background selling into HR decision makers, ideally from within Psychometric Assessments, Psychometric Testing, Talent Assessments, Performance Development, HR Consultancy, Learning & Development or Recruitment. You will be based in the London office.

The Package
Depending on experience the Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary circa £50,000, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to over £100,000. Additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension, Laptop and Phone.
