Role
The key responsibilities for this exciting role include selling biometric software solutions to a multitude of markets and sectors, primarily winning new business however a proportion of activity will be focused on developing existing relationships within the UK. Based from home, working automatously in a field based capacity. The role will see you self generating leads and making and managing appointments. The successful candidate will be required to meet and exceed targets and converting marketing strategies into sales.

Candidate
An excellent opportunity for an experienced UK Sales Manager the ideal candidate will be well organised, driven and have proven experience in a target based role. You must have at least 5 years relevant experience selling IP networked CCTV solutions and related software with experience in facial recognition systems an advantage, key contacts in the in critical national infrastructure, Airport, MoD, Law enforcement, Financial highly desirable. The ideal candidate will come from an engineering or software development background. You must be the type of person who is well presented with a strong ability to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of clients. This is an extremely exciting yet challenging role and a great opportunity to be part of a stable organization experiencing rapid growth phase.

The Package
This role as National Sales Manager is offering a basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience with a realistic OTE of £100,000 with an attractive commission structure.
