AWS Architect

Our Client, a globally recognised technical consultancy that are renowned for their technical innovation and willingness to explore new technologies, are seeking a highly experienced AWS Cloud Architect with specific expertise in Java as a programming language.



Responsibilities:

* Analyze the feasibility of, and development requirements for new systems as well as enhancements
* Ensure the system design fits the needs and requirements set out by the user
* Collaborate & co-ordinate with the design & development teams providing work direction on designated projects.
* Make technical presentations and submit viewpoints, for publication to clients and stakeholders



Technical experience needed:

* 6+ years of good hands-on experience with AWS foundation services in relation to content delivery, administration, network, storage and automation technologies
* Strong architecture and design experience of deploying Enterprise applications on AWS
* Articulating architectural choices within various AWS services and solutions
* Understanding of DevOps automation and tools - Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Shell Scripts
* Skilled in Java, Node JS & other open source technologies preferable
* Knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle Methodology
