Technical Underwriting Specialist

An opportunity for an individual with a strong background gained within either underwriting, pricing or more generally within warranty insurance to join a leading specialist insurance provider. Within this role, which could be based either in their Surrey or Gloucestershire office, you will be responsible for drafting and distributing proposal documents for highly complex requests, which includes interpreting and evaluating risk submissions, developing rates and documenting underwriting assumptions. You will also be involved in developing, implementing and monitoring new and existing products that are innovative and market-leading - priced to drive profitable growth and designed to attract sales.
