North Star recruit experienced hires for Oracle & Microsoft Partner firms.

We are recruiting for an Oracle Partner firm. The firm offers its own cloud-based products for EBS R12 and Fusion, consultancy, managed services and coverage across a range of Oracle products.

The firm has a new opportunity for an experienced senior sales specialist to grow the client base in and around the Midlands and northern Home Counties. Your location can be flexible.

This role is for a new business hunter; it is not account management. To be a candidate, you will need a background selling Oracle ERP solutions (especially E-Business Suite) and/or products and services (including customisation, upgrades and implementation of new applications). Your experience will be from a Consulting firm, Systems Integrator or Vendor background.

Oracle ERP knowledge is essential. You will have a track record of delivering against fair and reasonable targets and quotas. You understand not just sales cycles but also client buying cycles. You know how to execute value-based sales, creating need and demand and will be comfortable selling to senior managers and C-level contacts.

In return for your hard work and success, our client offers an upper-quartile basic salary (c£100,000), a generous and achievable bonus plan with package, as well as on-going training and development to keep your product knowledge current.
