IT Audit Manager

Salary: Circa £55000 + bonus + excellent benefits (dependent on experience).

Qualifications: CISA, QiCA, ACA, MBA or equivalent or exceptional Qualified by experience.

Our major client requires a highly proactive and innovative IT audit professional.

Ideally you will have enjoyed recent success in a Major Accountancy Practice within Risk/Technology Risk Services, or relevant experience at Senior /Manager level within an IT Audit environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead internal client engagements and be responsible for the on-time creation of project deliverables.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities for the business.
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management.
• Assist with identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals.
• Assist with developing or updating methodologies regarding technology operations services.
• Present thought leadership at internal training classes, external events, and proactive environments.
• Knowledge of information systems security and controls for information technologies.

Exposure to the following areas would be of interest:
- Cyber security
- IT outsourcing
- Information security governance
- Business continuity planning and ITDR
- Application development and programme management
- PCI and CAATs

Qualifications:
• Professional Qualified with requiring several years’ experience auditing information systems in a “Top Tier” firm and/or large, complex company environment. Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in an audit department, is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated track record of leadership, management, and project management.
• Strong services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements.
