Interim Head of Finance Transformation

A multibillion dollar US listed corporate of which its European business has seen significant growth recently through acquisition is currently looking to appoint an Interim Head of Finance Transformation to help centralise and implement a new European Shared Service Centre.



Based in Central London Headquarters but with significant travel required across Europe this business is looking for a Transformation Lead to help drive significant change within their European division.



Responsibilities:



* Project manage the introduction of a brand new Shared Service Centre
* Centralise over 20 separate European Finance functions into one European Centre
* Lead strategic plans and build models to implement centralisation project
* Implementing new processes
* Ensuring the centralisation of processes into one efficient central format
* Oversea and manage a team of project managers, P2P and R2R experts carrying out the project in individual counties
* Business Partnering with Heads of Division/Countries to learn processes and implement best practice
* Report progress to senior stakeholders and provide strategic insight.



Experience within European Shared Services is key for this role.
