The Role

Reporting to the Head of Project Supply Chain EMEA North Procurement, responsible for working with all stakeholders to drive and implement key company strategies.
Overall responsibility for day to day supply chain management and the operational lead of the UK procurement and logistics teams

Key responsibilities

- Deliver best practice and synergy across the business teams
- Liaise with process engineering, chemical engineering, R&D and design teams.
- Implement Corporate Strategy
- Working with relevant stakeholders to drive and implement supply chain strategy
- Day to day supply chain management
- Manage UK teams in procurement and logistics, focusing on the Hampshire based operation.
- Implement and participate in developing functional best practice and synergies

The Candidate
- Experienced Supply Chain Manager, with five years of experience in a management role
- Commercial acumen
- People development and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ideally, experience of a cross cultural environment
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management/Engineering
- Fluent in English, one or more other languages an advantage
- Process Engineering Experience an advantage
- Projects and procurement experience
- Hands-on, good technical issues problem solver
- Strong Character, Team Builder, Calm and positive attitude
- Drive Change
- Strategic thinker
- High degree of commercial awareness and business
- Willing to travel (c. 25 days/year) and be part of a dynamic, international team.


The position is located in Hampshire but may expand to overseeing activities in 2 other smaller UK locations.
