Profile:  
An exciting new position requiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function through a period of rapid growth for a fast-paced, expanding business with a national presence in the health/ care sector.  
Skills and Experience:  
This is a full HR generalist role and  in addition to managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the HR function - employee relations, engagement, recruitment and selection, policy, strategy implementation etc - the role will lead on the HR elements of change including acquisitions, integration and  advising on structures.  
There is a focus on developing and leading the HR team to ensure their contribution to the overall achievement of the Company objectives through delivering the HR strategy.  
You will work closely with the business, will need to understand and feel passionate about the business, building and maintaining effective relationships, business partnering senior stakeholders and operational leadership teams.  
Upcoming projects include the selection and implementation of a new HRIS system.  
A flexible, professional and efficient approach is essential.  
The Person:
HR manager – generalist CIPD qualified - degree level qualification.
Proven experience of leading, motivating, supporting and coaching an HR  team.
Experience of working in fast-paced organisation is essential, multi-site experience useful.
Experience of dealing with employment law related issues and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law are essential – ideally gained in regulated industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects , including change related, whilst maintaining first-class  operational HR function essential.
Good communication skills and the ability to build relationship with large number of internal and external stakeholders- and communicate at all levels
Commercially awareness, IT literacy and good presentation skills are necessary.
Resilience and pace are essential.
