A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and highly commercial organisation that has taken the decision to centralise the recruitment function across their many business interests. As the Manager of the Shared Service function you will clearly have worked in a managerial role previously and demonstrate a clear ability to motivate, coach and lead a diverse team.

You will need to show that you have:
l The ability to effectively and efficiently manage stakeholders at a strategic level
l Experience in managing and controlling budgets
l Managed a team to get the best out of them in a highly challenging and high paced environment
l Experience in workload planning and resource management.

The SSC is being implemented across a range of different business locations and you will need to be prepared to be hands on and involved as the service is rolled out – supporting senior managers and onsite HR to deliver a seamless service that supports the labour requirement. In addition you will take ownership of the attraction strategy and build the creation of the employee brand as an employer of choice across all locations.
