Front End Software Engineer in Test

Darwin Recruitment are currently searching for a Front End Software Engineer in Test for an exciting California based client!
What you will be doing..
Working closely with the other engineers to understand the current UI system architecture and to help others create the highest quality test suites
Participate in the planning, development and testing phases of product development, providing a knowledgeable insight into ways to improve every stage of the process
Define processes and create test systems for simulated longevity testing, smoke tests and nightly test suites
Author and maintain an automated test infrastructure for user-facing software
Stay up to date with the latest in processes and technologies for QA automation
Experience Required:
Launched a minimum of one software product and experience with a full development lifecycle
Over 2 years experience working in a modern web application stack (React, Angular 1 / 2, Ember, jQuery)
Experience with integration and end-to-end testing for ANgular 2 or React
Experience with at least one JavaScript based testing automation library (WebdriverIO, CapserJS, Nightwatch.js, Nightmare, Zombie.js)
Experience with Selenium or similar
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and the DOM
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 preferred)
Previous experience designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks and tools
Working knowledge of QA methodology and testing techniques/approaches.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience
