DevOp's Engineer - Linux, RedHat, Puppet & English speaking.

Our Client is a leading provider of software solutions, based in St. Gallen. Their solutions allow customers and organisation's to concentrate on their most important goals, enabling smooth cooperation between HR, management and employees, sharpening the focus on effective collaboration. They are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer, with knowledge of Enterprise-Level Linux System Administration.

The role will be based in St. Gallen and offers a salary up to CHF100'000 base (dependant on experience).

This is a perfect role for an experienced DevOp's Engineer looking for a new challenge in a fun environment, working with passionate professionals.

As the Devop's Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Writing automation code to build scalable, reliable and secure cloud infrastructure
* Act as engineering liaison between DevOps, customers, sales, web development, product management, QA and other groups
* Set up infrastructure, tools and framework to streamline the development cycle
* Spread and seed DevOps best practices across our company
* On-call support for business operations

For this role, the successful DevOp's Engineer will have the following skills:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience
* 3+ years of experience on enterprise-level Linux system administration
* Significant experience in design and configuration of continuous integration and deployment via tools such as Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Vagrant, GoCD
* A good understanding of architecture cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS
* Strong networks, security, Scripting, log analysis skills and systems performance skills
* Professional certifications are welcome but not mandatory
