Head of Finance
Norwich - East Anglia
A privately owned entrepreneurial Norwich based business is looking to recruit a Head of Finance.
This position will be the key driver is progressing and growing the business to the next level. There is already an extremely capable finance team in place but we are now looking for a high calibre finance professional to take both a hands on finance approach and look at the more strategic business issues.
The role will manage a finance team, key responsibilities will include; financial accounting, preparation of management accounts, cash flow management, financial reporting, consolidation work, and overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues and investment negotiations.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) with experience within a similar financial role. A strong academic background and the ability to influence at all levels.
