Head of Finance - Online Gaming/Marketing

We are currently recruiting for a leading UK organisation that specialise in online marketing and web development for the igaming, sports betting and casino industries.
Due to substantial growth, they are currently seeking a Head of Finance to operate as a strategic business partner to the CEO and COO to deliver the groups growth strategy. This is a commercial role with responsibility right across the business at the highest level and this role will play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the Group.
Responsibilities will include:
Look for potential opportunities to maximise the potential of the existing business and actively review other opportunities that may exist within the wider structure.
Be a catalyst for change in the business whether it be through setting up Joint Ventures, restructuring or amalgamating divisions.
Establish strong relationships with clients, local authorities, investors, partners and banks.
Take full responsibility for the finance function and 3 team members.
Review all Management Accounts; assist in business planning along with systems and tax planning.
Business partnering to the board/marketing teams.
Presenting monthly results to the board at month end.
Responsible for Group reporting and group financial activities for both B2B and B2C group of companies.
The ideal candidate will be a professional qualified accountant, preferably Chartered (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW considered). Will have experience gained at senior level in an operational multi-site business and proven experience of advocating change and making things happen within a business. Have previous experience of private equity and operating in a leveraged environment is helpful. Have a background in ecommerce/online gaming/social gaming.
