About the Client;
My client is a well-established developer producing a wide range of product, with a common focus on quality at all levels of the business.
Due to recent growth they now wish to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to cover the Thames Valley area.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will be responsible for managing a number of Sales Negotiators. You will lead this team to perform to the best of their ability, challenging, guiding and perfecting their skills. You will use your commercial attitude to ensure that targets are hit and exceeded.
What we’re looking for:
You are an experienced house-building sales professional with a demonstrable track record of selling a good product.
You are inspirational, dynamic and robust with excellent man-management skills. You have volume experience and are able to manage a fast-paced workload, spinning several plates at any one time.
About the Offer: Basic salary c£60,000 + Car, Bonus and Package
