Head of Client Engagement Technology - Financial Services
The primary role of this position is to partner with distribution business areas to design and deliver new and innovative solutions to achieve strategic goals. This role will oversee transformation programs to directly benefit business results and ensure a superior customer experience. Two exciting programs are in flight to implement a global CRM solution and migrate to a new Digital Web Experience Management platform. This role will oversee a dynamic internal team partnering with external consultants to deliver these solutions and others.
The real driver for this role is to champion future state planning with the business, to define and build a strategic multi-year roadmap of business capabilities.
Timing for this position is positive. Our client is at a starting point to identify and plan innovative, FinTech opportunities and to grow and improve customer engagement channels.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop strong relationships with business & technology leaders, ensure engagement practices are aligned to meet those goals and inspire and motivate an empowered workforce to achieve them. A proven track record of management and consulting practices delivering Distribution applications will enable success in this position.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
• Achieve business goals through delivery of innovative IT solutions
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and deliver a multiyear capabilities based portfolio driven by business priority and client benefits.
• Initiate and grow strong relationships with business leads.
• Demonstrate success in delivering robust Distribution solutions, preferably CRM Salesforce, Digital Web and Mobile, Marketing Automation, Client Data Management, etc.
• Contribute deep knowledge in customer focused Distribution technology.
• Assume a strategic role introducing new strategies and technologies.
• Utilize research and industry connections and experience and understanding of FinTech trends to assist with building, funding and acquiring capabilities.
