Head of Finance
Buckinghamshire - South East
My client is a highly regarded property company with a diverse portfolio across retail, office, leisure and residential. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a hands on Head of Finance to oversee their commercial property and residential business.
Duties will include:
• Financial responsibility for the business unit
• Undertaking funding arrangements and negotiating facility with lenders
• Monthly management reporting
• Support the acquisitions Director on potential new assets
• Oversee the Monthly Management Accounts and KPI reporting
• Review of Asset Plans over a 3 year period
• Manage and develop the finance team
You will have experience of operating in a finance capacity for a medium to large property portfolio and overseeing a significant rent roll. You will be a qualified accountant who has the capability of operating as a business partner. You will also have experience of supporting property acquisitions and will have ideally operated within a debt funded company
£100,000 basic salary plus bonus and benefits
