Our client is a leading producer of storage solutions for use in agricultural, industrial and commercial applications.

It will be your role to lead, manage and direct a technical sales and proposals team in the delivery of capital projects to UK and international customers. Responsible to the board of directors you will define the strategy, the performance metrics and motivate your team to achieve them; taking an active role in holding high level relationships personally you will coach and develop your team to deliver competent solutions and sales success profitably.

With a strong track record of sales and sales leadership success, you can demonstrate where and how you have driven and improved individual and team performance. It is likely you come from an engineering background that is solutions orientated and has required you and your team to provide bespoke systems that require thought and partnership, perhaps with competitors on other projects. Most important is your drive and desire to be successful.
