Our customer is a worldwide digital home services company that enables people to connect with cleaning services through mobile, tablet or laptop apps. They have seen increasing success across Europe and are expanding their office in Berlin to accommodate the ever demanding needs of their clients. They are searching for a talented and driven Chief Product Officer to join their team on a permanent basis and and help shape the company's future strategy.
Key responsibilities include;
* Define product vision and product roadmap
* Act on behalf of the customer and ensure feedback is considered in the development of the product
* Lead a senior product management team and inspire them to execute the product vision effectively
* Ensure the product roadmap delivers on KPIs and provides ROI
* Work closely with the CTO and engineering teams to improve and refine established agile processes
Requirements;
* You should have previous experience in a product manager / product owner role
* Experience with complex consumer facing products
* Understanding of how marketplaces work and which KPIs drive the business
* Ability to lead and motivate others in the product management and design teams
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders across international offices
* Fluent English language skills
