Procurement Manager - Indirects

Interested to grow your procurement knowledge with a move into the consultancy space?



One of the UK's fastest growing procurement consultancies has an urgent vacancy for a procurement manager based in London, operating across their established client base.



Ideally coming from a strategic sourcing or category management background, you will be an autonomous individual, with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders up to director & board level, whilst delivering hands on activity.



As a high performer your clear ability to drive category management, strategic sourcing and hands on negotiation will be paramount, driving forward at ground level, the growth of the business.



This is a hands on delivery focused role for someone looking to make the jump to the consultancy space, actively participating in the growth of business, with the potential to progress and develop a team beneath you.



Experience:

* Minimum 6 years' experience in a procurement role, ideally in a category management or strategic sourcing position
* Category background across the indirect space including IT, FM, HR, Professional Services
* Prior line management experience is not a prerequisite
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Prior experience in engagement with senior stakeholders up to director level
