For an innovative electricity company in the east of the Netherlands I am looking for a Senior Scrum Master. This company made it his goal to be the number 1 in durable energy and how this can be implemented in the European market. In other words, a company with the eyes on the future!
This is what you are going to do
* You are part of a dedicated Fastlane/Devops team who are involved in implementing and extending the IT platform and the big data capabilities.
* You set up the team in close collaboration with two different departments within the company
* You take the lead in setting up the technical environment.
* Besides acting as the scrum master you will be responsible for all the testing en test automation activities within the team. You will be doing this until there is enough work for a full time tester.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, at least 5 years of experience in projects in the field of data integration and/or data analytics.
* Highly experienced in Agile working, with proven leadership.
* Being able to make the bridge between the different stake-holders within the company and the development team.
