Our Client
Our client is a leading UK supplier of pumps and spare parts, dealing directly with manufacturers of pumps in the UK market. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Divisional Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
As divisional sales manager you will report directly in to the sales director. You will be directly responsible for a team of 6 internal sales executives. You will be managing the team's sales target, increasing volumes of calls and increasing growth and productivity of sales.
Your role will consist of producing a business development plan and providing ongoing development to all members of the sales team. You must be extremely proactive and responsive to customers and must be able to grow the conversion rate of enquiry from 53% to 55% in 12 months.
The successful candidate must be a team player with a management background. You must have strong communication skills and be extremely self-motivated.
