The Role
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for either new business development or key account management, selling Retail Security Systems, EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance), RFID, Security Tag and Anti-theft Solutions, targeting SMEs and Corporates in the Retail sector. You will working from home and covering the whole UK.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must have a strong track record of either new business development or key account management in the Supply Chain solutions market, possibly with experience of Retail Security Systems, EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance), RFID, Security Tag or Anti-theft Solutions. You must have an excellent track record in the retail sector, be highly emotionally intelligent, have a strong work ethic, the ability to work autonomously and be a good relationship builder. You can be based anywhere in the UK as this role is home based, however you will be required to operate Nationwide.

The Package
The Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £100,000. Additional benefits include pension, healthcare, Company Car/Car allowance, laptop and phone.
