The Role:
As a Business Development Director, you will be taking on a player manager role in this challenging and diverse role. Coaching, developing and driving a small team, you will implement strategies to maximize the team's activity and performance. Alongside this you will be proactively developing new business from targeted prospects, as well as maintaining and growing an existing portfolio. With an unrivalled portfolio of Professional Services, including projects, insourcing and outsourced services, you will be targeting clients on the FTSE 500. An essential part of the senior team you will act as a brand ambassador, representing yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
You will be a proven over-achieving Business Development Director within Professional Services, with a consultative, solution led sale. Ideally, you will demonstrate both a track record of new business development, as well as account management success, selling to multiple stakeholders across the business. You will also need to be someone that is highly driven and looking to work in a fast paced organisations that looks for over achievers. You must have experience of developing and coaching a team, with proof of their success and personal successes.

The Package:
On offer, is an extremely lucrative package with a basic salary of between £100,000 - £110,000 and an uncapped OTE of £170,000+, with accelerators in place.
