This market leading company within IP Video Surveillance is seeking a proven Senior Business Development Manager to actively prospect new companies at a corporate level across EMEA. Targeting various verticals, you will be liaising with an array of decision makers in security and risk departments, utilising a consultative selling approach. The Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager will responsible for prospecting, pitching and winning new business opportunities. This role will involve selling a wide range of renowned IP Video Surveillance systems into the Corporate market across EMEA. Targeting all verticals, these bespoke solutions allow your clients to minimize risk and meet the needs of their security environment and centralize operations. Liaising with several C-level decision makers, primarily within the corporate security and risk departments, you will use a consultative approach and represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Senior Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of sales within IP Video Surveillance or associated solutions. Other examples of desirable experience are IP-based security systems or IP VMS. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills with exposure to the corporate marketplace, with proven experience of EMEA sales. You must be passionate about the product you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £70,000 and £80,000 basic, with uncapped £160,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
