Regional Finance Director - Africa

Regional Finance Director - Africa required for an International Technology group. You will be the Finance Leader for the Africa business, operating across 6 countries and currently turning over $100m. In this key role you will work hand in hand with the country general manager in order to drive maximum performance and continued growth in the region. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the General Manager in all commercial decision making, providing key management information and valued council to ensure maximum performance of the region
* Ensure accuracy and rigour of financial controls and processes
* Prepare and present the period results, forecasts and budgets
* Owning the relationship with the local auditors
* Managing the risk of the business, ensuring compliance and resilience within the risk agenda
* Own and drive a range of highly varied ad-hoc projects as required
* Leading and developing a high performing team of 5
You will also be able to display the following core experience and personality traits:

* Ability to build relationships
* Team leadership experience
* Technology experience (preferable)
* US GAAP/Sox experience (preferable)
