To take responsibility for growing the contract sales performance of Darwin Recruitment Group across nominated European territories to achieve the stretch NFI sales target, as communicated by the Board on an annual basis.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* To maximise revenue by applying more focus on our current key clients do drive contractor NFI.
* To identify and win new Contract business
* Cross sell contract solutions into existing customers
* To achieve greater penetration cross country
* To improve leadership in RFI and bid process
* To educate & train the organisation in new BD techniques e.g. Scorecards & Account Plans.
* To cultivate an environment for meeting more clients
* To develop a top to bottom BD approach within the business.
* Work closely with regional Directors, Senior Management & Sales teams to achieve optimum contract performance.
* Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of Darwin product and service offering.
* Improve and cement client relationships.
* Focus on Account Development
* Crosse selling permanent work should be seen as a standard service, but will not be incentivised.
* Communicate with Board level clients as well as Line level contacts.
* Deliver & support BD training session in conjunction with the Training department to sales staff.
* Build a solid relationship with the resourcing team
