The Role
As A&D Sales Manager you will be based in London and you will be charged with new business development through lead generation, cold calling, setting and making appointments, and closing in order to sell Office Furniture solutions via Architects and Designers. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing company and be part of something truly special.
The Candidate
The successful A&D Sales Manager must have previous experience and a proven track record of successful sales in Office Furniture, Office Seating, Office Desking, Office Fit Out or Design & Build. You must be a new business development focussed individual who has a track record of selling via Architects & Designers. You will be a tenacious and self-motivated individual who is target-driven and has the resilience and determination required to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment. You must be a loyal and ambitious individual looking for stability and a long term career, not just a short term job.
The Package
As A&D Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £50,000 with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £70,000. Additional benefits include a Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop, Phone.
