Managing Director - Digital Agency/ Manager/ Hamburg/ Germany

Our customer, a leading mobile app agency, is searching for a talented and creative Managing Director to lead their Hamburg office. They are an innovative agency that offer a wide range of unique mobile applications including healthcare, transport and gaming.

Key responsibilities include;

* Acquisition of new customers, customer contact and care
* Administration and progression of existing customer base
* Setting up and management of the Hamburg office including project management, design, development teams
* Management of large scale projects
* Workflow monitoring, budgets and timing and financial responsibility
* Networking in Hamburg

Requirements;

* Minimum of 5 years digital/web agency background
* Excellent leadership skills and previous experience in team management
* Ability to acquire new customers and confident customer interaction skills
* Excellent presentation and marketing skills
* Fluent German and English speaking
