The role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating new business and on boarding new clients, you will be self-generating leads and winning new clients. You will be in charge of multiple verticals and enterprise level businesses within those industries primarily concerned with meeting and events occasions. Therefore, experience of selling services into these sectors is fundamental

The candidate:
A successful candidate for this business development manager role will be a motivated, hungry and tenacious individual. As this is a new business development manager position you will be chasing down leads and winning new business therefore a positive, can-do attitude is needed. You will have previous experience of selling Into these and experience selling packages into high level decision makers within a corporate market is highly looked upon.

The package:
As business development manager you will be offered a basic salary of £30-£45k depending on experience, a strong uncapped commission scheme with people genuinely bringing in up to £150,000, a company car is included, phone, laptop and also pension.
