The Role
The company is undertaking a significant growth and change agenda in all areas of the business and as HR Director, you will focus on the delivery of a strong and proactive HR platform and culture to support these initiatives. With a high profile customer base, the role supports the Executive Team, Manufacturing & Technical, Distribution & Supply Chain and Central Services. Responsibilities include:
* Development and implementation of robust, business focussed HR policy and process
* Design and delivery of the overall company HR plan including change agenda
* managing and ensuring professional excellence and delivery from the whole HR team
* provision of expert advice / guidance to line management on all areas of HR
The Company
A successful and major organisation, our client is a significant, growing major player (c.500 employees) in its core manufacturing / production sector. The company is currently undergoing extensive reshaping and transformation and the agenda for change is extensive across both the business and HR landscape.
The Person
As HR Director, you will be CIPD qualified and a generalist HR professional with leadership experience in an operations / distribution / manufacturing culture. Committed and delivery-focused, you will be comfortable with a part-strategic / part-operational brief and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to the business.
