This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced Sales Manager and Major Accounts Specialist to be part of a continuing success story with a market leader in the design production and fit up and installation of high quality branded retail displays. With a fast developing reputation for creativity, quality and customer service, the Company is flourishing with a strong record of consistent sales and profit growth - it also boasts a client list to be proud of containing many well known and blue chip household names.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading new business development whilst importantly, maintaining and growing relationships with major and existing customers in the branded and retail sector - delivering profitable sales and agreed objectives in those accounts. This will involve continuing to build on the trust and confidence that the Company has gained with its major customer base and acting as a trusted advisor both from a business but also a technical perspective. As a key member of senior management team, you will be expected to contribute the overall direction and leadership of the business whilst also managing and motivating an established team of Sales Executives and Account Managers.

An experienced and high calibre Sales Manager and Major Account Specialist, you will need to demonstrate real ability in providing the direction and drive together with the commercial and technical prowess, to ensure the creative qualities of the Company achieve a winning position with both new customers and existing accounts.

With first class communication skills, you must be accomplished at building influential relationships - a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor able to forge strong relationships at all levels. You should have a level of technical awareness to be able to grasp and understand the Company's full range of products and services to be able to engage in technical discussions with customers - your specific industry background is potentially less important than your ability to help grow and enhance the Company's performance going forward. Importantly, you must be able to operate effectively and thrive in a fast moving, innovative, challenging and highly customer focused business environment.
