HSBC are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their commercial banking arm in London. The successful candidate will be accountable for the analysis approach for large transformation projects.
Role Responsibilities:
* Elicit, analyse, document and prioritise requirements
* Perform root cause analysis of failures of new operational processes and recommend improvements
* Develop UAT strategies to ensure products are fit for sign off
*Analyse the link between system changes and business processes to highlight costs and benefits
Experience/Skills Required:
* Experience working within lending in commercial banking
* An experienced business analyst
* Previous experience working with teams distributed globally
* Confident working in a virtual environment
* Hands on experience with system deployment
